It’s a little over 25 years ago that Garry McHugh made the decision to set up his own business. In that time GM Developments has progressed from carrying out small extensions and alterations around the Fulham area to its present position as one of the foremost builders in South West London carrying out prestigious new builds and refurbishments to the highest quality standards.

Client focus and uncompromising attitude to quality of finish are the driving forces behind the success of the business. We understand that most clients enter into a building contract with trepidation.

Our approach is different we aim to find a solution to overcome the unexpected and to resolve building or design issues in a positive and practical way, minimising delays and striving to give our clients what they want with out compromise.

We have a rare commodity called client loyalty. We have clients who we have built numerous homes for some for almost 25 years ever since those early Fulham days.
