I am a Senior Surveyor who joined GM Developments in November 2008. My initial four year training was in a combined estimating & surveying role. Subsequently the companies I have worked for have separate estimating and surveying functions and I have concentrated on contract surveying.

Prior to joining GM Developments I have been employed by a number of small/ & medium sized building contractors mainly in the London area and have worked on a wide range of projects in both new build and refurbishment. I am familiar with the majority of the forms of contracts currently prevailing. I also had one term of employment with a developer specialising in high value properties.

Whilst specialising in surveying I have acquired related experience in estimating and contract management. I have also attained substantial experience in managing high quality prestige projects and in negotiating, budget control and contract compliance.

Outside of work as I have no children in my household my activities are related to general entertainments with occasional attempts at minor sports such as squash & badminton. I am also a follower of a large number of major sports.
